What level of colleges should I look at?

At the moment I am a sophomore, and I just wanted some opinions on what level of colleges I can get into. I’m looking at Wake Forest or University of Richmond type colleges right now, and I want to know if they’re realistic (especially Wake). I might also apply to UVA as a long shot, but I doubt I’d get in.

My current resume is:

3.9 GPA (non-weighted)
Sport (softball, so far only JV)
Community Service (over 100 hours so far)
Spanish Club
School newspaper (which is 5th in the nation)
1740 PSAT (I took it freshman year… I intend on getting a MUCH better score on the SAT when I take it)

In the next few years I intend on taking 9 AP classes, and receiving at least a B or better in all of them. I also plan on getting a 1900-2000 on the SAT. By senior year I will likely have an editorship on my newspaper and become president of the Spanish club for leadership, and make varsity softball (though I don’t intend on playing the sport in college.) I’m also a very good writer, so I plan on writing a great essay.

I know I’m thinking about college sort of early, but I’m a big planner. If you can help me out with any words of advice or an honest opinion that would be great, thanks!
.50 BMG: haha true! but at this point i’m just trying to get into these places, and i’ll worry about the money later
