softball is the best sport in the summer olympics! if they dont have a field in london, then maybe they should make one. no one has a problem cutting down trees to make a big empty lot, but when it comes to something useful, then they just go and forget about it. me and my friends have grown up watching the summer olympics just for softball, and playing every year in our crappy league to get better, but the olympic dream just flew out the window

Those girls on that team worked so hard to get where they are right now, and theyre just going to…take it out? You should be ashamed of yourself! I’ve been working hard to! Every girl has. okay i have played softball for longer than i can remember …i dont see y they are doing this ??? i have worked so hard and i love the game of softball and going to the olympics is my dream… and if they take this away all my hard work was for nothing and people have to relize that softball does not have a major league or a pro team … we have college and the olympics!!! thats it so yeah plz dont take this away from us but i gues it is just the world being sexiest again… keep softball in!!!

Even thou am not American, am equaly sad bcoz softball is the sport dat I love so much.I have neva dreamt of bein an Olympian, but I have enjoyed each an every game that I have played or watched at any tournament, losing or winning, Its my heart. But again I feel USA should take more initiative in making the sport more popular around the world, bcoz I feel they are capable of doing it. And if the sport can be made less expensive so that we poor countries can afford to compete globally.
