I hope you don't follow your 8th grade schedule next year. I told myself the same thing and ended up doing it Freshman year. You should take Advanced Language Arts 10, Ap World History, and at least get into one club or a group. When I first got to high school, I thought that many people were going to try to achieve but most didn't. So getting a high class rank with that schedule and your work ethic won't be difficult. If you keep you grades up you will definitely get a scholarship. There are also schools out there that are not ivy league but are just as good.
