im 14 years old…5’6 and weigh 107 lb…the reason i am losing weight is to have my thighs slimmer without all of the bulkyness. i dont want to take any pills or medication…dont really want to spen money either. I do play sports( softball and basketball and track) and workout almost every night. my upper body is toned and i have nice arms and flat stomach. Just need help loseing some weight all around still. any help please?
you are way underweight!!! eat more nutritious foods and exercise to get toned! Don’t loose any more weight! Do exercises that specifically focus on your thighs. But don’t worry you sound skinny enough.

You are very, very petite. I wouldn’t worry about loosing weight. Maybe just do exersices that help tone up your legs.
