a slap hit is when you set up to bunt, and then but your bat back halfway and then swing normally. and a sacrifice fly is a when there is a runner on third, and the batter hits a fly ball usually to the out field which is caught and then the runner on third tags up and scores. therefore sacrificing yourself for a run.
