What did my gym teacher mean by this?

So today I wore shorts, it was the last day of school and we were in gym. There was a female substitute, she was talking to me and randomly she asked if I’ve ever been on any team sports, softball, volleyball, and I told her no. She then said "Oh you’ve got strong legs". It wasn’t said in a creepy way it was casual. I’m 5"4′ and 145 but not fat!
First answer I rolled my eyes because you’re legitly just being stupid.

Well if you were running or whatever you were doing, she probably saw that you have good muscle in your legs. I’m a softball player and I have really strong legs from hitting and running, which is probably why she asked you that. I’m not fat either, it’s a compliment (:

She means you have the legs of a 40 year old man who has been on steroids for the past 30 years.

And you need to shave them.
