Track,soccer, or softball. How do i train for these spring sports?

I have good leg strength and i have "big muscles" for a girl. I can run pretty fast too. Did softball in elementary before. Not that good at soccer but willing. Please include links, sources, workouts,etc. Thank you

work out on a treadmill start 1 mile a day at your own comfortable pace then gradually work your way up to atleast 3-5 mile a day and set a goal for your self at a certain speed and time and drink lot and lot of water. good luck

    each one requires different training. softball and track will probably require more sprinting whereas soccer will require more distance running.
