What is the best sport to get somewhat defined abs?

I was thinking tennis. As of now I am 5’2", 102 lbs, female. I’m not really into football or softball, and I was also thinking gymnastics. I don’t want a super defined six-pack, just something like this:

GYMNASTICS! Ive done it for 8 years and you get muscles but you dont look like a man haha.
But yeah when your a gymnast you do tons of conditioning and agility skills but it would be a better idea to be on a team. you work out way more
