I am 19, 5′8 150lbs. my bench max is 175, squat max is 315, I run a 4.75 forty. I am going into the Navy in July, I am trying to get into the Academy once I get in, or if I dont I still want to play sports. I play all sports pretty well, I didnt play any school sports but baseball (2b and C) in 9th grade. I have went down from 185 lbs to 150 lbs. to become more athletic. I am trying to choose between Football, Basketball, and maybe Baseball, Softball or something else. I want to choose the best sport for me, but have a hard time figuring out. I dont stand out in any sport really but those I named. I go to the Gym and lift 3x a week, and I run a lot, I love to run. I can catch and throw pretty good in football, but cant jump or run real fast, I am too short for QB, so. I shoot and pass well in bball, I am currently working hard on dribbling, but could only play the point guard or the 2-guard position, too short for anything else. I can throw and field the ball well in Baseball, help me!
Dude Football is out of the question unless you want to be a kicker. Baseball you could make it as first base and possibly maybe a pinch hitter. Basketball you can be a point guard or small guard but make sure that your passing is really fast,quick, accurate, and gets their on time…but it’s still your choice

well based on what your ’stats’ say, i think wrestling would actually be a pretty good sport for you. but from the sports you’ve listed you sound more like a baseball player, or even a long distance runner.

ing u put ur mind to, however if ur going to be less thAN above avg. in ur body , u have to have mad special skills. u probably platy better than yaoi ming but he’s 7′6" cant coach 7 feet. not super fast or big . you need to specialize, either kicker or punter, catcher in b-ball or great d-fense, Ithink ur best sport will be a triatholon u said u like to run, and u m-u+st be strong for u body, can u swim or maybe wrestle? decatholon in track is the great average mans sport if you have heart. good luck.
