Hi there.
So, my friends and I are looking for some sports that will give us a good workout that are fun, non-contact and not too expensive (willing to spend up to $10 per sport). We already do yoga, volleyball, and softball.
Sports we’re considering are: Rock Climbing / Bouldering, Tennis, and Pilates.
I also have a question about Bouldering/Rock Climbing: What kind of a workout will it give you? and How often do you suggest we go (we were thinking twice a month)
i really think that you should keep doing volleyball…try club its really awsome and gives u a greaaat workout

beer pong is good non contact sport unless you fall on your face

Do they have frisbee golf courses in your area. Lots of fun (lots of walking too) and very inexpensive.
