do you think softball is a cool sport to play when your in 6th grade?

i play softball travel and i dont know if it is a cool sport cause i no in florida if you dont play softball or baseball your not cool

Anything is cool as long as it’s legal and you enjoy it. Have fun, and don’t worry about whether or not what you like to do is cool.

    Sara,
    If you think Softball is cool, then that is all that matters. Softball is a very popular sport and great exercise. I have played Softball since I was in Third Grade and still play in two leagues at the age of 29. So it is not just a sport throughout school, you can play for many years after. I think if you enjoy playing and you feel good about yourself then go for it!

    Yes – don’t worry if it’s cool. If you have fun playing, then keep playing. If not, give another sport or another activity a try.

    Being "cool" isn’t defined by acting a certian way or playing a certian sports. It’s all about being yourself. If you enjoy softball, have fun. Play it because you enjoy it. Not because it’s "cool" or "in". Good luck & have fun.

    It might vary from school to school, but I think generally it would be.

    Although I’ve never understood why they make girls play softball when their hands are smaller. You’d think they’d have an easier time handling (smaller) baseballs. Maybe they don’t trust you to get out of the way of a hard-hit ball and figure a SOFTball will hurt less.

    My 13 year old daughter loves to play softball and has played since she was 5. She plays on her school softball team and has played travel. I love watching her play, so I guess we both think softball is cool. But it doesn’t matter what other people think, play because you love to play.

    haha i play softball and live in florida
    i know a TON of people who dont play softball, so yeah its not like a real big hater non hater type thing

    im going into 8th and not alot of people really seem to care what you sports you play its really your personality
