There is an art to the process of filing for graduate school scholarships. Knowledge of the entire process will better enable you to know how you can increase your chances of gaining approval for your application.
Here is a rundown of the general processes you’d have to go through when filing for scholarships:
1. Compile a list of faculty members, supervisors, administrators, and the like. Their assessment and evaluation of your performance during undergraduate studies will be crucial in your ability to secure the scholarships as you enter higher level of education.
2. Inquire into various programs that offer graduate school scholarships. This is of utmost importance if you have already acquired student loans during your undergraduate studies. G
3. Choose the right financial aid program. Research is important during this stage. So, if you are planning on entering graduate school, do your research months (or even a year) ahead.

Is it popular: yes it is a sport played by girls all over the country and there are international and professional teams

Is it a jock sport: if by that you mean all muscle no brain no it isn’t you very much so have to think if you want to be a good player

Is it costly: no not really if you have a pay to play policey at your school then that might cost a little but all you really need to buy is a glove, bat, helmit, and bag and as you get better and need more things you can get the other stuff so you can get to the next level

can you loose weight: yes in practice you might run a bit you will work on agility speed and hitting and feilding and the physical activity can cause you to loose weight

Is it fun: YES!

Scholarship: if you go to a school that is well known for softball a scout may come and look at your team for players to get scholarships for college teams but most girls get looked at in the summer on their travel teams when college coaches have time to see young girls after their season is over if you want a scholarship you will need to work hard!

how do you define popular. If it constitutes part of the NCAA, then it is a well known sport. Being a jock sport also depends on how you define it, anyone can play softball as long as she knows all the skills and rules involve. It may cost you bec you need to be equipment like gloves, cleats and in the long run you might want to have a personal bat but if the school has it doesn’t matter. It will keep you active does may help you lose weight. I depends on the training you will have. Scholarships happen when you’re and exceptional like any other sport. Hope that helped

they don't have tumbling or gymnastics as a sport either. I guess becuz its a combination of baceball but kind of different

we tried to have a quidditch team at my school, but not enough people showed up for the initial thingy, so it disbanded:(

BUT, my school is really small, so it could just be that. but we werent gonna have real matches, just scrimmages against ourselves… so i dunno if you could do it.
also my school is really open to new ideas/clubs, so idk if yours would be so allowing…
good luck though! quidditch sounds like it would be awesome!
